What was done
Quebec extended-warranty provider Garantie Avantage Plus had staff reading every claim email, checking for serial numbers and invoices, writing follow-ups and keying data into the ERP before anyone made a decision. Montreal firm Osedea built four agents that run in sequence: one sorts claims from general questions in the inbox, one checks the file is complete, one drafts a request for missing information for an employee to review and send, and one reads the applicable policy and recommends accepting or refusing. A qualified employee makes the final call.
Outcome
Osedea's founder described the case in a May 2026 BDC webinar, as reported by consulting firm Ordinata: the manual process was partly automated in three and a half months (2.5 months of build and one month of testing and training), and staff were kept in the loop rather than replaced. No volume or time-savings figures were published.

Prompt Reconstructed by AgentsNorth
The source didn't publish its prompt. This is our reconstruction of a starting prompt for a similar workflow, not the company's actual prompt.
You are the policy review agent in a warranty claims workflow. You receive a complete claim file (vehicle serial number, model year, invoices and the claimant's description) plus the text of the warranty contract that applies. Compare the claim against the coverage, exclusions and conditions in the contract and recommend ACCEPT or REFUSE. Quote the exact clauses that support your recommendation, list anything ambiguous, and flag low confidence. You never notify the customer; your recommendation goes to a human adjuster who makes the final decision.
